Land and Minerals Corporation and Kelly G Rogers Involvement

Kelly G Rogers, a lawyer from Frisco Texas, has created another company called Land and Minerals Corporation.

Kelly G Rogers was indicted on criminal charges by the Collin County DA in July of 2009. Just prior to the indictment, Kelly G Rogers filed bankruptcy in an attempt to avoid paying 70+ individuals and entities over $4.6 million owed. Many of these creditors were contractors who entered into agreements with both Kelly G Rogers and Carrie Sewell Rogers as the Rogers continued their obsessive pursuit to add 10,000 square feet to their home on 8 Riva Ridge, Frisco, TX. Others creditors include the IRS, Tax Assessors and a variety of investors who are suing Rogers over investment opportunities gone bad. We ran into this new corporation strictly by accident as we poured over the multitude of Linkedin profiles established by Kelly G Rogers. When we revisited the bookmarked page identifying Kelly G Rogers as President of Generational Minerals, we suddenly were staring at a Linkedin profile describing himself as the President this Land and Minerals Corporation. According to the Controllers office, the corporation was established on July 29, 2008 using a third party out of Austin Texas.

Upon further observations, we found a multitude of Linkedin pages established by Kelly G Rogers. We searched Kelly Gordon Rogers and found 4 profiles identifying himself as a lawyer in the greater New York, Los Angeles and Dallas areas. How could this be? This is an excellent example of the ethical standards used by Kelly G Rogers. Do these ethical standards match those outlined by the State Bar Association;

"A lawyer is a representative of clients, an officer of the legal system and a public citizen having special responsibility for the quality of justice. Lawyers, as guardians of the law, play a vital role in the preservation of society. The fulfillment of this role requires an understanding by lawyers of their relationship with and function in our legal system. A consequent obligation of lawyers is to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct".

As the creditors battle his "Ethical Conduct" and the District Attorney schedules a jury trial for Kelly G  Rogers, we'll all be keeping a close eye on this lawyer and his attempts to deceive those whom he calls friends and acquaintances.
